We think we know too much about love, but we don't. We think we understand the meaning of what love is, but we are deceived by what we know to be it.
Love is other things, and accepting. Accepting what they are, who they are, who they want to be, and who they will be for the way they are.
Judging our friends, family, and lovers based on who or what they can't be isn't what love really is because we are yet to quit judging and expecting the worst.
Rather than judging, we ought to help them when they need us to. Life comes at us from out of the darkness, and when it does, it is the people who love us that we can count on.
Love is blind, but it doesn't have to be without direction, and Love does not seek its own, it looks out for the interests of the object of its own affection.
