Gov. Oshiomole's True Love... or Nah?

Most women go into relationships with the idea that they'll change a man to suit them. 

Some go into relationships with the idea that they'll make the man learn to love them. 

Others go into it, or deeper still, into a marriage simply with the idea that his money or status can make them love him.

It's not that easy to restructure a person's personality or his looks to satisfy oneself, and there's not much of a man who will allow a woman do that to him.

What has marriage forever been about? Can it be about love only,  because what we see and have become familiar with today clearly shows that marriage is also about the comfort one or both party benefits from it. Then Nigerians ask what kind of country this is that has Governor Oshiomole getting married to a really beautiful young white woman.
Lala Fortez must have been told times without number that she deserves the best, and to her obviously if the best isn't the Governor of Edo State, then she does not want it. Unless this marriage is for something else enitrely...

If you wear a disguise for too long it will be difficult for the mirror to recognize you. Is this the point where we get told that at the end of the day they hope we do not become the person they expect us to be?, because we cannot be anyone but who we want us to be and for who. We often act deceitfully in relationships by sending signals we are unwilling to back up, and for this kind of relationship i must say that there must be a wrong signal somewhere or a strange vibe coming from either one of them. 

Love does not seek its own. It looks out for the interest of the object of its affection and there is definitely an interest to look out for here, but if you think about this calmly you can imagine the benefit of the doubt in this situation. 
We are so accustomed to not minding our own business and searching for the wrong where there can be a right. The idea that someone can be a lot happier with someone a lot older is somewhat unappealing and so not modern to us anymore. What about what makes us happy? What about what drives us crazy and what makes us do these crazy things that make people question who we are and why we live?

If someone chooses not to receive your love, it doesn't mean another won't celebrate it. But is this True Love..or nah?
